Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The Primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
• According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel.
• The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License & Passport.
• Confirmations of bookings are subject to receipt of advance payment against room tariff.
• Unless advance payment is received, bookings will be treated as provisional and the rooms may be released to guests who make advance payment.
• Payment can be made through online, Wire Transfer, UPI and confirmation mail will be sent against payment receipt.
• All other dues incurred during stay shall be settled at the resort against bills, daily.

Cancellation Charge Levied

• Any cancellations before 7 working days prior to check in date – 100% refund of advance amount paid.
• Any amendment / cancellation 3 days Prior to the check in date – 50% of package value for the booked period.
• If you depart early for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund.
• Extensions of stay will require a new reservation for the additional date(s),subject to availability and prevailing rates, and the existing rate shall not apply.

Cancelation Policy for bookings from 15th Dec 2023 to 15th Jan 2024

• If any cancellation on or before 1st December 2023 the full advance amount will be refunded. Any cancelation on or after 1st December – 100% of the advance amount will be levied

Refund Policy

• In case of refund, bank transactions, charges will be deducted over and above the cancellation charges.
• In case of credit card transactions, refund will be done only to the bank account of the respective account holder (deducting the bank service charge)
• All refunds will be processed within 24 hours from the date of request and the amount should reflect in your account within 7-10 business days.

Important Note

• Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rooms.
• Outside food is not allowed inside the property.
• We recommend carrying a pair of trekking shoes for outdoor activities, insect repellent spray, and clothing according to the weather.
• For any disputes in payments and any other legal disputes, the jurisdiction of the court will be at Kalpetta in Wayanad district, Kerala .
• The hotel management have full rights to charge the customers for any violation or damages caused inside the property.
• The management is not responsible for any accident, loss of personal possession and injuries within the property.
