2. Our Stays, Events & Experiences
- We offer stays in our geodesic glamps and our Tea Planters Bungalow, venues for events such as weddings, celebrations, corporate offsites and retreats, and curated experiences in and around Wayanad.
- Specific terms for each stay, event or experience may apply and will be shared at the time of booking.
- All stays, events and experiences are subject to availability and may change without notice.
3. Bookings & Rates
- Bookings can be made directly with us by phone, WhatsApp or email, or through third-party booking platforms and travel partners.
- A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing and any advance payment requested at the time of booking has been received.
- Rates, timings and stay policies are set out in our current Tariff. Rates may change until your booking is confirmed.
4. Your Stay
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, as required by law.
- Hipnoetic is set within working tea plantations. We ask guests to respect the property, the plantations, our neighbours and the local environment, and to follow the guidance of our team.
- Any misconduct may lead to denial of service without refund.
5. Third-Party Platforms & Partners
- Where you book through a third-party platform, that platform’s terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for technical errors, cancellations, or disputes that arise directly through third-party booking systems.
- Some experiences outside the property are delivered with local partners and communities. We select them with care, but their services are provided on their own terms.
6. Outdoor Activities & Disclaimer
- Plantation walks, hikes, stream visits and other outdoor activities involve natural terrain, changing weather and wildlife. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
- We may change or cancel an activity at short notice if weather or safety conditions require it.
7. Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wayanad, Kerala.
